We had 2 cars getting serviced and Steve really took great care of us. While we were waiting, JP showed us a couple of trucks that we are looking to purchase real soon. Both great and helpful.
The Cashier was the best. She was sick and still offered to wait for me as I had to drive from Orange County to Browning Dealership. The service experience was horrible. I had my vehicle towed and didn’t receive a call until the next day. They didn’t do the 100point inspection and the experience was not the typical Browning Dodge experience I have been accustomed to. Thank goodness for the Cashier who saved my overall experience.
I had an excellent experience at Browning Dodge. My service writer "Juan" took very good care of my vehicle issues and kept me informed through the process. Keep up the good work.
Look for mr max. He is a great guy. Its my first time to have service in browning dodge jeep. They are very accommodating. I will have my next service here again. This is my new place.
